You may access and update certain information associated with your Kapdamart account through the available account features.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal information, email care@kapdamart.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. Include the email address or mobile number associated with your account so that we can verify your request.

After verification, we will review and process the request in accordance with applicable law and our data-retention obligations. Deleting an account may not immediately remove information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain, such as transaction records, tax information, records required for dispute resolution, or information necessary to prevent fraud.

16. Children's Privacy

Kapdamart's website and services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18 in a manner contrary to applicable law.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without the required authorization, please contact care@kapdamart.com so that we can review the matter and take appropriate steps.
